How Chiropractic Works
Many people think chiropractors fix bones that are out of place. At Beachside Chiropractic, we take the time to explain what chiropractic care is and what it does. When you’re experiencing pain or other symptoms of nerve impingement syndrome, the problem isn’t that the bone is out of place, it’s that the bones of the spine or extremities are not moving as they should, for various reasons. The goal of chiropractic care is to restore normal movement, allowing your body to function as it should, and alleviating your pain.

Our Techniques
Dr Goodhart combines state-of-the-art technology with traditional chiropractic techniques. The Sigma Instrument (formerly called the Pro-Adjuster) is a handheld device that uses cutting-edge NASA technology to detect and correct areas that aren’t moving correctly. The Sigma Instrument addresses nerve impingement syndrome accurately, efficiently and gently, restoring optimal motion to the spine or other areas.
Our doctor follows up with traditional chiropractic adjustments to provide the most complete care. Since we offer one-on-one care focused entirely on you, we don’t rush and can take the time needed to get you relief from your symptoms at your first visit. Of course, not all conditions are fully resolved in one visit.
In addition to neck pain, back pain and headaches, we get excellent results for shoulder and arm pain, leg and knee pain, and TMJ.
How to Schedule Care
Our service hours are from 6:00 am to 6:15 pm, Monday through Sunday. If you call during these hours, we can generally see you straightaway and ask if you can come in immediately. If you are unable to, we’ll schedule you. If you call after hours or email us for an appointment, we will get back to you to book your care.
